We are committed to providing a transparent and efficient process for all your kitchen, bath, and flooring returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our designated distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items for resale quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
